Automotores Gildemeister S.A. Established in 1986 to manage the distribution of Hyundai motorized vehicles in Chile. At the beginning, the Hyundai brand was practically unknown. Nowadays, it is the second larger motorized vehicles importer, and during the last years has exceeded 12% of market share. Its distribution concept is mixed; it is based on a combination of stand-alone dealers and its own branches, including 57 showrooms, 51 technical service stations and 55 spare part selling outlets. Twenty four branches are strategically distributed throughout the country; the main office and 13 of them are located at the Metropolitan Region (Santiago), and the rest covers 2,000 kms. towards the north and 1,000 kms. towards the south of Chile.
Carmeister S.A. Operates in the used-motorized vehicle market. This stand-alone company seeks to provide every client with a complete and clear solution. A special emphasis is on a detailed revision of each unit prior to its sale. The brand seeks to capitalize the Gildemeister expertise, and this is a way to over-explore possibilities generated by the new-vehicle business. Currently, Carmeister is focused on 6 sales facilities in Santiago, plus one in the city of Antofagasta and another in Concepción
Finmeister. With the purpose of thoroughly taking advantage of synergies arising from vehicle business, the organization offers two complementary services:
- Financing: personalized access to direct credit to buy motorized vehicles.
- Insurances: coverage for any owner, including those motorized vehicles bought outside our network.
Maquinarias Gildemeister S.A. (Gildemeister Heavy-Duty Machinery) It distributes capital assets such as building equipment, including hiring and forestry industry, forklifts, which also includes the agriculture hiring and equipping of well known brands such as Case, Mitsubishi, Deutz Fahr, Huanghai, National Crane, Airman, Heli, Mahindra and Kuhn (from France). At the present time, Maquinarias Gildemeister has 10 sales facilities covering Chile from north to south.
RTC S.A. Imports and distributes spare parts for the most important brands of motorized vehicles and trucks. It operates three retail outlets, and a trained sale team visiting clients on site.
Amicar. A new automotive financing company for the retail business. It is a joint venture of equal parts with the Derco Group, which operations started in 2008.
Fortaleza S.A. This company was established in 2007 with the object of controlling Mahindra motorized vehicles in Chile, as well as the development of other business such as: Sinotruk (heavy-duty trucks), Sunlong (trucks and buses), Keeway (motorcycles), SMA (cars), Zotye (motorized vehicles) and Shantui (heavy-duty machinery).

Automotores Gildemeister S.A. - Peru. We operate the distribution of Hyundai motorized vehicles since 2003, by using our characteristic combination of stand-alone dealers plus our own branches, with a total of 18 sales facilities and 29 technical service stations, and spare part selling outlets, being one of the main motorized vehicle importers. Our Main Office has more than 9,000 square meters, including a large showroom, a technical service spot and a room for the selling of spare parts, as well as rooms for the training and qualifying of personnel
Manasa S.A. This company owned by the Gildemeister Group is currently operating the distribution of Ford, Mazda, Volvo and Land Rover motorized vehicles in Peru. It additionally distributes and commercializes the Piaggio, Vespa, Aprilia and Gilera motorcycles brands. Finally, by the end of 2008, it has brought the Keeway motorcycles brand in the marketplace. Its distribution concept is mixed, based upon a combination of stand-alone dealers and our own branches, including 16 showrooms and 25 mechanic workshops. The 16 branches are strategically located throughout the country; 3 of them are in Lima, and the rest covers all the Peruvian territory.
